A vibrant design for a podcast that aims to shake up the drab image of employee communications

I work for an employee engagement consultancy but, as mentioned, this is a personal venture.

The podcast is titled Delete, Delete, Engage. Statistics show that over 60% of employees ignore email communications at work, which is impacting business effectiveness and the bottom line. As an employee engagement expert I'm on a mission to rethink and reset the possibilities for internal comms by exploring a world beyond dull emails and boring slideshows and sharing inspiration from some of the world’s most powerful and influential communicators. In my Delete, Delete, Engage podcast, I'll interview successful business leaders, coaches, creatives, marketers, motivators, influencers and entrepreneurs to learn about the communications habits, techniques, principles and channels that they use to drive change, inspire peak performance, sell ideas, promote brands and create movements.

Internal communications tends to be very corporate and staid. I want this podcast to shatter that image and the podcast design should reflect that.
