This Podcast talks about the deeper things in life, from a raw, real and fun perspective. We Unpack life and discuss how to personally develop yourself to thrive  emotionally, financially and spiritually and physically in a post covid-19 world. Deep meaningful conversations with golden nuggets of wisdom, tips and hacks on how to squeeze the most juice out of life while being happy. Your host Theo Thompson who is a story artist who is a Husband, father, avid reader, lover of fitness and boxing with a deep rooted interest into understanding what life events in our life story make us the way we are. Theo will deep dive with guest into conversations most people avoid. How to be a father when you never had one? How to build deeper meaningful relationships with people (Even when you don't like them). What event in life shaped your character the most? And what life event has held you back from reaching your full potential? How to become irreplaceable in a work force of robots and AI and 5G? The most important beliefs to hold onto in a world that is changing so fast. How to be healthy and look fit without moving into a gym. Raising children in a day and age of negative influences. We will interview Experts, Authors, Athletes, Influencers and friends in a convocational style of interview. There will be weekly interviews released every Wednesday with the odd bonus episode.  So be sure to lock in and listen. Any topics you want discussed please send to us. The title of unpacking life could show someone opening something (Me and possibly someone with me as its a conversational type of show.) and unpacking life. Maybe boxes? suitcases? hard drives? that have topic names written on them. Maybe in a fun creative way that makes us seem like we have no idea? Or in a way that gets across that through conversation we are working out life together? I am also open to for other creative options.

Impactful and possibly a thought provoking image if possible. Iv supplied a headshot although it doesn't have to have me in it. Im looking for podcast cover art. Maybe a way to visually show me opening boxes looking for answers? This can be in a fun light hearted way. Maybe even me in a room full of boxes of different sizes. I can be holding one out that has the word answers? Or another concept direction is. We help listener squeeze the most juice out of life? Maybe incorporate that in another version?
