Business & Consulting
We help local governments through recruiting and leadership training and development services. We use Servant Leadership as the basis of our training. This Podcast will specifically be for interviewing leaders at all levels and lifting up innovation and Servant Leaders in the communities across America. The target audience is young leaders, interested in learning from those who went before them.
What's your vision?
I would like it on a square shape, 3000x3000 Pixels, probably monochromatic with highlights of dark red to be the only colors (this can be flexible but most other podcasts in the business section seem colored so I want it different). SGR's logo is a chess piece (the black knight (the horse)), with dark red lettering outlined in black and white. This podcast is called, "Leadership From The Arena," playing off Theodore Roosevelt's "the man in the arena" quote which will be provide the theme of the podcast and blog and would be helpful for you to be familiar with because it is full of imagery. I have sketched a few things and am thinking something along the lines of the title being set inside of a Roman Coliseum so that the words are "in the arena," and the SGR Knight being either the warrior in the midst of the arena or serving as a text break between the lines of tex. We have also played with adding "SGR presents:" in smaller print somewhere, a dented shield or piece of armor etc. Whatever will communicate the arena imagery. The podcast angle is a young leader interviewing experienced leaders to get to know them and learn from them. These leaders are the ones "from the Arena" who the Teddy R. Quote is describing. We would like to err on the side of a professional look, so nothing cartoony or cliché. Key words might be: "Cutting Edge, Leadership, Innovation, Servant, Learning," and no podcasting clichés images such as microphones etc.
Here is our website if you want to see our overall look, but this logo shouldn't match our other stuff, it should be set apart but related. https://www.governmentresource.com/
