Design podcast cover art where curiosity meets wisdom

Coffee with Product is a community of Product Leaders sharing their best wisdom tips to help the next generation of product managers get started and gain an advantage in their career.
What's your vision?
I'd like podcast cover art created that can be used for the following in priority order; (1) for all podcasting sites adhering to iTunes cover art best practices (3000x3000, etc.) (2) for printing on customized Yeti Rambler coffee mugs (will need a minimalistic version of the cover art in monochrome) - PS Ill send the winner of the design contest one custom mug once I have them made. (3) for marketing podcast episodes on my website and social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, & LinkedIn) - Would be nice to have a place to add the guest name if possible. (4) for printing the cover art on custom ink wearables (in monochrome & standard print color) I'd like the cover art to convey the idea that this interview-based podcast is a casual conversation between a curious host and a guest with wisdom on their career experiences, where the listener will gain the critical wisdom (via wisdom tips) they need to get started and gain an advantage in their respective careers. (Pre-covid, these types of informal meetings would often happen at the coffee shop, hence the name "Coffee with Product". ) Wisdom comes with experience, so the host will be extracting several key wisdom tips from our guests’ worst and best been-there-done-that stories to share with listeners. It’s through these real-world lessons learned and success factors that listeners will gain critical wisdom experience not taught in the typical classroom. Podcast name; Coffee with Product Desired cover art branding; Coffee w/ Product, where Curiosity meets Wisdom Would like to use a subtle image of a podcast mic somewhere on the cover art, but not required, if used should be well integrated Ok to use a subtle image of a coffee cup, but not required, and if used, not the main focal point Prefer bold fonts, bold colors, something easy to read that stands out when seen at iPhone podcast list size - I'm ok with making trade offs here
I want the listener to see the podcast art and instantly feel like she’s going to learn something she does not know, but needs to know in order to get started and be successful in her career.

When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
