We educated investors interested in multifamily real estate.

We are doing a refresh of our current podcast's cover art and logo. We are looking for a bold, modern design that helps the podcast stand -out amid the sea of podcasts. I've attached our current podcast cover for reference, but by no means should you feel obligated to stay similar to that design or aesthetic. The blue is nice, but we are open to changing that as well for the right design. We are also looking to add my partner and I to the cover, but in a stylized-cartoon way similar to the We Study Billionairesor the Curiosity cover attached below. Our sister company is Invictus Capital (invictusmultifamily.com). I've attached the Invictus style guide, so if there was a way of linking the two designs stylistically, that'd be awesome, but that is by no means a requirement.
