What's your vision?
We’re looking for fresh ideas to better showcase and market one of our most popular product lines on our e-commerce website. The ductless mini-split equipment are currently shown on our product pages in the format of a template that starts with a section called “Highlights” and ends just top of the “Specification” section (see attached images that show the typical exact top and bottom border for this scope). We desire a clear and attractive message displayed on that section of our page. The content of each page template shall remain in the new design. We’re looking for a new layout style, updated size/scale of text/graphics, and you may even play with the hierarchical arrangement if it helps the content read better. We desire that the Blueridge brand/logo is somehow “present” throughout the page within the Highlights section. Existing Page Variants (one page design for desktop and mobile needed per variant): Blueridge Ductless Mini-Split (Style 1 - Midea) Example with wall-mounted air handler: https://www.alpinehomeair.com/viewproduct.cfm?productID=453077956 Blueridge Mini-Split (Style 2 - Gree) Example with wall-mounted air handler: https://www.alpinehomeair.com/viewproduct.cfm?productID=453074715 Blueridge Hyper Heat Ductless Mini-Split Example with wall-mounted air handler: https://www.alpinehomeair.com/viewproduct.cfm?productID=453077989 For FINAL ROUND only: Interior Installation Variant - Ceiling Mount: https://www.alpinehomeair.com/viewproduct.cfm?productID=453076097 Interior Installation Variant - Concealed Duct: https://www.alpinehomeair.com/viewproduct.cfm?productID=453078018 Interior Installation Variant - Low Wall Console: https://www.alpinehomeair.com/viewproduct.cfm?productID=453078042 Interior Installation Variant - Floor-Ceiling Console: https://www.alpinehomeair.com/viewproduct.cfm?productID=453078025
We would like you to explore clever design options that work for both the desktop and mobile experiences and we expect that both desktop and mobile experiences are rendered separately in your design output. This design will be coded on a site that is responsive to automatically change the layout based on the detection of the device browsing the page. Please design desktop and mobile to these general page dimensions: Desktop (web): 1440 px wide; 126px margins; 12 column grid with 20px gutters Mobile (web): 375px wide; 20px margins; 12 column grid with 6px gutters. You may refer to the style guide links below. These are for reference only for our new responsive site. We still want you to explore outside of this if needed to have a design that compliments the site well. Desktop Style Guide:: https://invis.io/2ZWR4A7TERJ Mobile Style Guide:: https://invis.io/QKWR49WGXVS Password for both is alpinestyleguide The webpage below shows what our new responsive website will look like and it matches to the dimensions shown above better than the active site. Note that the product "template" only shows as a <tag> because this part of the site is what is being designed. https://qa1.alpinehomeair.com/product/air-conditioning-cooling/ductless-mini-splits/single-zone/453077954 Final designs must be submitted in this order of preference: Sketch, Photoshop (.psd) with layers preserved, or InVision (transfer cloud prototype or Studio export).
