Kris-ChiefMonkey got their new other web or app design by running a design contest:
Beautiful design needed for a location tracking Android app and web admin console
Check out Kris-ChiefMonkey's Other web or app design contest…
Target Audience: field service technicians / Construction / Trades Product description: Enhance existing services with Location tracking, simply connect our service to Toggl, Evernote, Google Drive +more, add the project location via maps then when staff members arrive at that location all work is automatically saved/filed in the correct folder/notebook etc based on that projects location. EXAMPLE #1: Staff member goes to the clients site, and start taking photo's, all the photo's taken are saved in the correct client folder in Drive and labelled and the only thing the staff member did was open their camera app and take photo's. EXAMPLE #2: Staff member goes to the clients site, needs to make notes, they open the oliio app on their Android phone and click the Evernote icon. They quickly type their note and it's automatically saved in the correct Notebook assigned to that client with no filing needed by the staff member. Example #3: Staff member goes to the client site, the phone logs the location and starts the time tracking in Toggl, when the staff member leaves Toggl stops tracking time at that location and logs travel until the next location. No more late staff time sheets. Currently we have added Location tracking to Toggl (toggl.com) time tracking to automate staff time sheets when on site. Soon to be completed (2 weeks) is Evernote and Google Drive integration. See use case doc for more details on how these will work.
What's your vision?
Android Mobile app and web administrator console
UI needs to be simple yet beautiful to gain attention and marketable traction, it can't be boring, dull and like every other trades application that looks like its from the 1990's. UX should be smooth with as little interaction needed as possible, this is targeted at construction / trades people who are not technically savvy. Gradients are cool but be careful not to make the look too feminine. Still has to appeal to tradesmen. We have included images from designs we like, pictures of the app and admin console right now and some background docs/case studies.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Other web or app design starts at $599.
