Personalized Wedding Seed Packets

I am looking for a seed packet concept. I need an illustration on the front side only.

I would like to get a seed packet design made. The packets will be filled with Sunflower seeds. The goal is for customers to pass the packets out as a wedding favor. The packets measure 3.25" wide, by 4.5" Tall. The illustration should be created with a 0.25" bleed as well for when the packets are folded the design will have a sliver that folds around to the back side. So the entire illustration should be 3.50" wide by 4.75" tall. 1. I would like to use subtle wedding colors of peach, yellow, white, green etc. 2. I would like the words "Sow Seeds of Love" on the design somewhere. 3. Then I would like to have a blank area at the bottom of the packet, best if centered, for two names and a date to go. (The area at the bottom can be surrounded by a border, or not. I will look at different concepts and make a better decision based on design. 4. The sunflower seed to be included are in the images. 5. ****UPDATE**** I would like to have a full watercolor type illustration, much similar in design to what I have for this product.
