Logo & Slides needed to inspire

I am a marketing consultant. I work with young companies- typically consumer facing start-ups that recently raised some money and want to grow their business through new marketing channels. I help them understand who their customers are and how to get more of them. I love to use research to identify the story behind a company's brand and to understand what makes it valuable to its customers.

1.) I would like a logo for my company: MLW Consulting. I want this logo to be simple and sophisticated with a modern and clean feel. I am open to exploring logos that are just text-based or that incorporate imagery- I am really open to what it could be. However, I don't want anything too big or flashy. I am based in Los Angeles, and would like to use a California color palette- see attached. I prefer not to have cursive or elaborate fonts. 2.) PowerPoint Template: Using a similar look/feel/color palette to the logo. Again, I prefer this to feel modern and clean. I use slides to tell my clients stories about their customers, so I want this to feel engaging and inspiring. My slides can include a lot of charts and photos (from the research) so I do need a lot of blank space, so something minimalistic, but polished would be great.

My last name is Wolff- perhaps there is something to explore there...or not. :)
