Embroidered patch design for a supersonic aircraft

We have a goal to create an aerial network to allow people to travel between any to cities in the globe within 3 hours. Our first step is the AS2, the first supersonic private jet ever. The AS2 aircraft will be owned by companies and private jet owners.

I'm looking for a embroidered patch (level of detail need to be low, no fine lines and only solid colors - to allow embroider process) that celebrates Aerion and the AS2 aircraft! Important aspects of our company and our aircraft that we want represented in the patch: - Our mission is to connect people and give save their time (patch needs to celebrate speed!); - Aerion and the AS2 are kind to our planet - carbon neutral supersonic travel, 100% biofuel, low noise, boomless operation (celebrate the environment!); - The AS2 is going to be a high luxury level aircraft (celebrate luxury!); The patch can use Aerion's logo (see at https://aerionsupersonic.com/), not required. The patch should have few words - maybe just Aerion or Aerion and AS2. But the vector source files provided must allow the text to be modified easily later on. Is very nice if the patch incorporates an aircraft drawing that despite small and simple reminds the proportions of the AS2 aircraft (see more on the AS2 pictures in our website). The patch can have any shape but circular is preferred, and its OK to have pieces of the patch drawings (part of the logo or the aircraft) going beyond the limits of the basic shape.

Suggestion of ideas to be used (or not - fell free to propose something else): - Use of a globe with the aircraft flying around it; - Green globe or green portion of it; - Somehow show the a/c connecting people; - A US centered globe with the land portion in green (to represent the environment, a large stylized star centered on Melbourne with “arms” going to each continent to represent the getting people together. The AS-2 Stylized flying in front of it, 3 Stars on top representing Lockheed, Airbus and Boeing Stages and a Aerion Supersonic rounded around the patch. - Shockwaves coming out of the flying aircraft but not touching the ground.
