Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
diagnose hearing loss, prescribe hearing aids and offer follow up care in a network of privately funded hearing clinics.
This is best described as a 'retail experience with a medical outcome'
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Our Client Experience Programme is a flagship (non clinical) development programme for our Client Care Coordinators (customer service staff and our Clinical team (audiologists). It will be launched in July this year and the materials for the development programme are currently under development.
The outcome we wish to achieve with this programme is outstanding customer service in our business leading to improved Sales (through the conversion of a prospective lead into a hearing aid wearer). We also intend the programme to be a point of difference in terms of employee engagement and the way in which we communicate.
We are seeking a name for the programme and a logo that we can use on all the materials and communication (internally for the development programme. We wish the programme to be branded, preferably with a single word which generate some emotion and attachment to the programme. feedback from our employees indicates the name should not be a Maori name and should reflect what we are striving for in our vision, mission and values which I have attached for information. I have also attached the Bay Audiology brand logo
