Design a test label for the Customer Experience Score

We have developed a CX score (Customer Experience Score) that shows the status of the customer experience of a digital touchpoint, e.g. one's own website. It takes into account the customer experience, the interactive offers and the types of data that can be obtained from the customer. We create this score for 600 top manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry (e.g. consumer electronics, fashion, food) to illustrate their direct-to-consumer readiness and would like to award a corresponding seal for it.

As written above, we would like a seal for our CX score. This seal should be available in gold, silver and bronze. It must also work in a small format, as customers may want to put it on their website as a kind of "quality seal" or otherwise use it on marketing materials (e.g. Powerpoints) (cf. Trusted Shops) . It is also important that the following content is included: - It must be visible : rank 1 , rank 2 or rank 3. - There must be the score: XY /100 - There must be a the year with it. (e.g. CX-Score 2022) - It must have the industry of the company - The URL of the website being checked must be included. - It must include "Herausgegeben von iBusiness.de, Marketing Institut der LMU und Voycer Digital GmbH" (small print). - There must be a text with it: "Customer Experience Readiness Analyse digitaler Markenauftritte der Top 50 Markenhersteller der Consumer Electronic Branche in Deutschland" (small print). - There must be: "Industrie Top 50 ø XY".

We absolutely need an open file to be able to adjust the score to the industry and value in each case.
