Design my Podcast artwork

Todd is a facilitator for The Work of Byron Katie and helps to deal with emotional stress.
What's your vision?
I want you to design my Podcast artwork "Wiggle Room." My website is www.theworkasmeditation.com if you want to get some context from it but the main idea below is really all you need. The main concept being illustrated is that there is something with restricted freedom, but it has a little wiggle room, and from there it can wiggle its way freer and freer. An idea that comes to mind is a sprout coming out of the dirt or confined space, or a tree growing in a tiny crack in a rock, or a bird (or a turtle) chipping its way out of an egg, or a butterfly emerging from a cocoon. There may be other analogies too, but this is the idea I'm playing with. I'm not so keen on birds in flight, and I'm not looking for psychological or spiritual-looking designs. Just the idea that something is wiggling its way free. I also like pastel colors as an option.
Information about the podcast and the description of it could help: Podcast name: Wiggle Room: Dealing with Stress and Emotions through The Work of Byron Katie Description: Emotional stress can be challenging to deal with. Join facilitator Todd Smith once a week as he demonstrates The Work of Byron Katie, a simple way to find your balance in any situation. Todd answers questions about The Work, shares his personal experiences, and leads participants through the process live for you to witness. If you're interested in unraveling stressful stories, this show is for you.
