What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We have several types of videos on our channel, ranging from documentaries, to talking head, to "man in the street." Viewers who like our traditional videos are often frustrated when we release videos that differ from the ones we produced in the past. We think sub-branding the categories of videos on our channel using standard thumbnail templates would eliminate some of this confusion and lead to a better experience for our viewers. We want each thumbnail template to be consistent with our Learn Liberty brand and they should all complement each other, while using some kind of unique descriptor (see categories below) that allows viewers to know which type of video they are watching. These thumbnail templates should also help the content look fun and engaging—to make viewers want to click and watch.
We attached a few examples of channels that do a great job using thumbails.
Note: Other than what is already obvious in our name, Learn Liberty, we don't want any more libertarian-heavy branding. The greatest value we add is in making learning fun and opening the door for curiosity and discussion.
