I just need the design created for 2 simple dashboards

We are a recruitment agency. We recruit top talent for businesses across the nation. Our clients are businesses (HR and hiring managers specifically) in the fields of IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Admin/Support, RPO services, Finance, etc.

We are creating a dashboard for our clients to use to see our recruitment efforts for them. We would like a simple, 2 page 'template' dashboard with consideration of UI/UX and current design elements. We'd like a dashboard in an easy-to-consume format that relays our professionalism, dedication to service and transparency. As far as light or dark and/or different schemes, we're flexible and willing to consider any design as long as UI/UX is a priority. :) I've included some rough wireframes with the information we need on the dashboard and I'll definitely be hiring that contractor again for future work (at better pricing once I can show this is feasible!).

For the 2 page dashboard design template we'd like created, please include the following metrics; For general purposes, please use my name, Michelle, as the client if needed. FIRST PAGE TEMPLATE: ('Home' page w/ analytics) 1. The menu bar includes the following items: Overview (this will be analytics, # of open jobs, etc) Open Job Detail Start A New Job (like a plus sign in a circle or an 'easy' CTA button for clients to see and open a new job order) 2. ANALYTICS (to include for content on Home page) Display the analytics however you see fit. These are the metrics (feel free to make up the numbers) that we'd like included on the 'content area' of the home page, please: (see 1st attachment) - Total Open Jobs - Total Candidates Submitted - Total Candidates Screened - Average Time To Fill Position - Average Time Spent Recruiting SECOND PAGE TEMPLATE: (This page will be the 'Open Job Detail' Page, containing the info from the attachment labeled 'position detail' (and however you think it it's best to outline this information). Basically, I just need the info on the wireframes put to your created, UI/UX-friendly dashboard so our developers can create it from your design! :) Then, we'll use these two pages as a guide to design the rest of the site. I included the wireframes but they are basic, awful and not at all designed for UX. That's where you come in. Our company colors are: #155C94, #26A3E1 and #6E6E6E.
