We are a specialized cardiac hospital.

What's your vision?

We are looking to design an A4 sized folder for VIP patients to receive their medical documents in. This folder will be given to all patients and contain their test results and medical information. I know the design of the hospital logo is very colourful and playful, however I would like the folder to be sleek, modern and luxurious.

It is important to me that the folder look very sleek and impressive. The images i have attached are just to show you the shape of the folder and the presentation I attached includes some designs i had found online that i liked.
