Create an iconic pattern for a boutique housewares and home furnishings company

We sell housewares and home furnishings. Our target audience is upper-middle class women age 40+. Our items are mostly sourced through a close network of interior designers.

We are looking to develop an iconic pattern to reproduce on a variety of housewares and home furnishings. The ideal pattern will be timeless, classic, subtle, yet versatile. The pattern should be simple enough that it can be overlayed as tastefully on a rug as on a tea kettle. It should also be unique enough that it is instantly recognizable to those who are familiar with the brand. Designs inspirations are attached and feature the colors we like. We are open to interpretation, but we like the idea of a pattern capturing the essence of French country life. Designs can be raw and organic or elegant and refined.

Example items that would portray the pattern: Rugs, furniture, lamps, pillows, throw blankets, slippers, keepsake boxes, jewelry boxes, hand mirrors, candle, bracelets, napkin keepers, umbrella, candle holders, enamelware, colanders, platters, cups, serving ware, wine cooler, plates, napkins, bowls, dishes, trays, table runners, placemats, table linens, table centerpiece, tablecloth, lampshades, bedding, comforter/duvet cover, vases.

Final designs should also include borders, frames, or accents that compliment the repeating pattern.
