"Web banner" for alumni website

We are the alumni organization for the Phi Kappa Theta fraternity at The University of Houston. Our organization raises funds for scholarships, manages local housing for fraternity members etc. We also hold annual meetings, golf tournaments and BBQ cook-offs.

Alumni of Phi Kappa Theta the University of Houston and . The audience is educated, loves sports and for the most part has a high income.

Here's what we are looking for in the banner:

1. Name of the fraternity: "Phi Kappa Theta" (in gold letters)
2. Fraternity crest. See attached jpeg
3. Fraternity color scheme is: White, Gold, and Cardinal-Purple.
4. University of Houston colors: Red and white.
5. University of Houston sports logo. I will attach jpeg example
6. Can we work in the State of Texas somehow? The flag? Just a thought.
7. A picture of the Houston skyline? Just a thought.

Maybe throw those ideas together for something that looks like the banner for RedState? http://www.redstate.com/
