We'd love to have a hand drawn rendering of this country house that we can use on invitations, stationary and wine and oil lables. We want to accentuate the old stone house, the olive trees and the slopping hill.

It's for friends, family and visitors and anyone who wishes to enjoy the products from this farm.
Requirements
Not every tree has to be in the drawing.
The rendering should be in one color (we'd like to option to chose/change the backgroud color).
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
high resolution
The cropped sample is the image we'd like to use. the Jpeg is the original photo for reference.
