We require a modern and professional design for a our new presentation folders for a Real Estate agency. Dimensions 315mm x 215mm.

We require brand new presentation folder design for a new real estate agency. Design needs to be modern and professional. Think out side the square and come up with something amazing. Colours are up to you. Our corporate colours are black, purple and gold (yellow). integrate those, or use others. I will leave that up to you. Front and back needs to be designed.

We are after design for front and back of the "HE4 Sample".

315mm x 215mm so we can slip about 30 A4 pages inside and also slot the business card into the slits.

I want the design to look amazing and be rememorable. This is first impression that will be left with new clients when we meet them for the first time. We want our new clients to remember our professionalism and care in design, (as to compare to the professionalism and care we will offer them in selling their house) when compared to the many other agents out there in the market with ordinary unprofessional folders.
