For use mainly online, possibility of computer literate/tech usage.

Requirements

I have a logo/trademark, I need the logo digitized so that it can be used online, attached is an image of the logo as a badge and a poor sketch of it, I need this transformed into a high quality logo for use online and in print if needed.

For the logo colours I'd like it quite clean and modern, perhaps a golden colour or silver gradient.

I would also like one debossed version of the logo so that I could put it on a webpage and it would look like the logo was sunken into the page as a background for use behind text.
