Landscaping Ideas for you

I run a landscaping website and need a template for my newsletter.

The target audience will be anyone interested in making improvements to there landscaping to make there homes more valuable.

The newsletter will be sent to people who are looking for ideas on how to make there homes more valuable through landscaping improvements.

The graphic must be between 800-970 pixel.
The width between boarders must be 550 pixels.

The name: Landscaping ideas for You to be on the top of the newsletter somewhere.

I would like landscaping objects in the template such as flowers, a fountain, a house, green lawn, blue sky, money. ( Im not saying i want all of these things in the template but if you could include one or two of those items that would be great)

At the top i would like a house possibly with Landscaping ideas for You in it with a light bulb at the top. Like when you have an idea.

Or even possibly maybe put the house with a light bulb on top of it then the light bulb turning into there words landscaping ideas for you.

I would like the color green to be the main color of the template because it is landscaping.

Also it would be really great if some how you could implement the idea of home improvement meaning more money.
