IT Support Guys
After years and years of providing computer services here in Los Angeles we decided to give back by offering a free web safety training at our office on the westside.
The event's primary focus is to give non-tech savvy people a fighting chance in a world full of pop-ups and banner ads made to look like real virus scan alerts.
What we're looking for is an event flyer to help promote the training. This will be a 8.5 x 11 flyer. We don't mind full color as we won't be printing too many.
The flyer is aimed at simply catching the attention of someone who isn't very tech savvy - the idea is to promote the URL websafetytraining.org (site is not live yet)
We started an event description here: http://websafety101.eventbrite.com/
We're wide open to ideas! Since this is a free service we haven't had too much time to spend on developing an image so hopefully you can help!
The goal of the flyer is to catch attention - don't be shy and go ahead and use color!
Do not cross police tape / Bio hazard signs / whatever you need to graphicly add a sense of "urgency" to the flyer.
We saved a spot for your other graphic design contest.
