Exciting e-book and CD cover design

We have a new product called the Online Business Blueprint that will go with our #1 Internet Business Podcast. We need an ebook cover and CD case and CD label designed.

We need an opt-in bonus logo that consists of 3 parts, an ebook, a CD case, and a CD.  Here is an example of what we want the ebook to look like, not the design on the book, just the type of book:
