My partner and I are going our separate ways, and thus are slightly “re-jiggering” our company logo to suit our individual needs.
Your challenge is to update my old logo from “Summit Research Associates” to “Summit Research Associates NYC”.
I’m fine for you to get as creative as you like in how the “NYC” gets incorporated, but essentially you need to be able to more or less retain the same design elements of the current logo (including the tagline: “improving life through research”).
For stylistic interest, please see attached here the range of company materials into which your new logo will be integrated. (Materials include an invoice document, a capabilities statement document, letterhead, a PowerPoint presentation template, and a website [see http://www.sra-nyc.com for website!]).
Because the programs used range from PowerPoint, to Microsoft Word to a live website, you will need to be able to provide me with the logo in the technical formats that these materials are supported by.
The logo for the website, for instance, will need to be provided in the same dimensions in which it currently exists, which is 294 x 123 pixels at 72 dpi … the image needs to be saved for the web in gif format from Photoshop. That way it will be a simple image replace on my end. Extra money for the designer who can do the logo replacement across the 5 materials his or herself!
Thanks so much for helping to free me from my partner’s tyranny and happy designing!!
