What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I'm looking for an optin form design (so button and other related graphics, eg. arrow), similar in nature to what's showing in right sidebar at http://youreverysuccess.com but that fits in with the site's colours and so on. Feel free to be creative, but will need to fit with the overall site design, and needs to look professional and upmarket.
The text on the button should say 'Get Instant Access!', and should be orange as per logo.
Some kind of arrow(s) would probably work well as part of the overall design.
