This image will be for a 100 dpi resolution 8 foot by 10 foot trade-show booth. This tradeshow booth should reflect a clean, professional and uncluttered representation of our business services yet simultaneously showing its unique high-performance extreme flight attitude services. We understand there is a lot of information here but please try to make it as "clutter free" as possible.
A. The specifications of the physical booth itself and file requirements are available in file: Specifications-APS-Booth-Design.pdf
B. A few high resolution images have been attached for use with this booth design. The images are named to attempt to give guidance to their use and importance. Note the main image ( APS-Main-Brand-Theme-Image.jpg ) is most important in it's integration to maintain a consistency in our branding along with our logo. Noting the orientation of the image in other sample pieces is important: the airplane should be at a bank angle of approximately 80 degrees (not inverted, not overbanked beyond 90 degrees). See the file ( Brochure-1-page-Ad-Aviation Publication.pdf ) for clarification on how the airplane needs to be exactly oriented.
It is not necessary to use the background of the APS-Main-Brand image if you feel something else would be more attention grabbing.
Images that must be present are:
Main Image: APS-Main-Brand-Theme-Image.jpg
On-aircraft Training: Support-Image-Extra300L-Cockpit-SAM.jpg
Simulator Training: Support-Image-Simulator-2.jpg
Academic Training: Support-Image-iPad-APS.png
It would be ideal to be able integrate a variety of the other airplanes (provided below as 'support-image' attachments) perhaps in silhouette or a faded manner that would compliment the overall design but not clutter it.
C. We have attached a couple of our current brochures to provide an general idea of the branding of our company that must be complimented by the booth design. Our old booth shown but is not necessarily guidance for this design ( 2010-APS-Booth.8x10.png )
D. The booth with have to communicate four areas of expertise/services as shown below.
1. On-Aircraft Upset Recovery Training ( Support-Image-Extra300L-Cockpit-SAM.jpg ): Title: On-aircraft
2. Advanced Flight Simulator Training ( Support-Image-Simulator-2.jpg ): Title: Simulator
3. Online / Tablet / Web-Based Academic Training Resources ( Support-Image-iPad-APS.png ): Title: Academic
4. Train-the-Trainer Programs: Title: Train-the-Trainer ( Support-Image-Simulator-Train-the-Trainer.jpg )
E. We are the exclusive training provider for a number of organizations that we'd like included in some way that is both subtle but noticable. These logos are indicated by "exclusive-provider" at the beginning of the file name.
F. The following statement and list of services needs to be included somewhere:
The most effective, safe and long-lasting Upset Prevention & Recovery Training (UPRT) solutions are accomplished through an inter-related combination of industry-approved academics, proper use of all-attitude airplanes and appropriately integrated flight simulation training devices. The key to transferable and career-relevant UPRT revolves around the quality-assured expert instructor conducting training in strict compliance with an industry-compliant training curriculum.
Our services comprehensively address the upset training needs of:
* OEM Entitlement Upset Training
* Corporate Flight Departments
* Government Agencies
* Flight Schools
* Individual Private Pilots
G. The following statements need to be included somewhere in the design that is prominent yet not necessarily dominant:
APS Upset Prevention & Recovery Training
Integrated Loss of Control In-flight Training Solutions
H. Our logo, company name, brief byline, website and contact number need to be listed. They don't necessarily have to be all together. For example, the logo may be used elsewhere in the design if appropriate:
Aviation Performance Solutions LLC
A Global Upset Prevention & Recovery Training Provider
Locations: Phoenix, Dallas and Amsterdam
Central Booking: 1-480-279-1881 (USA)
J. All the key content MUST be in the top 2/3s of the design. At a tradeshow, the bottom 1/3 of the booth can not be easily seen although it needs to look good and be complimentary to the rest of the design.
K. It might be an idea to use a global map of some kind in some manner to show the global presence of APS. Please be creative with the global map.
L. The overall project should be primarily focused on the images (with the APS Main Brand image being dominant). The text elements should not be the focus other than the main title in G and to a much lesser extent the location information in H. If anything can be sacrificed to avoid too much clutter, it would section F although it would be nice have that content included somehow. Despite the amount of content, we are looking for a professional and uncluttered presentation
M. We added an external RAW picture of our Extra 300Ls ( Support-Image-External-Extra300L.dng ). Please see if it can be integrated in some complimentary manner. For many, we are known because of this airplane.
