2022 ValidationMaster Tradeshow Booth Re-Design

Our company specializes in Independent Validation & Verification (which is software testing and quality assurance) for Life Sciences companies. (pharma, medical device, biotech, etc). We develop and deliver a cloud-based application called "ValidationMaster". ValidationMaster is what we will be promoting with the booth design. ValidationMaster is an Enterprise Validation Management and Quality System. It is a comprehensive system for validation engineers to conduct end-to-end computer systems validation projects.

We would like a newly designed TRADE SHOW BOOTH. I have attached a zip file with full details. You will see a PPT presentation 'Previous ValidationMaster booth designs. You will also have the ValidationMaster logo (VM Logo-FINAL) and other files. Most importantly, you will see a file called 'Displayit_Standard_8ftCurved_Popup...) which includes the EXACT dimensions of our booth hardware. You will also find our CORPORATE logo in a file called (OTG_COLOR1000sCAL.EPS) You will notice that in previous booth designs, ValidationMaster should b e more prominent than our corporate name. We are SELLING ValidationMaster. Please take a look at all of the files sent. You will get a good idea of what we are looking for. The booth has not been redesigned for 5 years. We want a completely new design. You will also notice that we have 2 side banners as well for ValidationCoach and ValidationPro. We need these as well. You will find the old designs in the attachment below (banner 1, banner 2, final backdrop, new02, oval case'. You will notice that I have 2 booth designs. THIS IS THE CURRENT BOOTH WE ARE USING. In 2015, we also had another design in the 734480 zip file. I am just providing you will details about how each one looks. I will change the text on the booth and the banners once I see the design. We also would like the OVAL case as well which you will see is a matching case.

We sell to the life sciences industry which are pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, vaccine, etc companies. The booth SHOULD NOT BE whimsical or cartoonish. It should be professionally designed as you will see from the previous designs.
