Medical & Pharmaceutical
We offer IT services to medical and healthcare companies. Currently, we are creating a proposal to redesign a website for a medical research site which does performs in-person clinical research studies.
What's your vision?
A. Overview: The objective of this contest for us is to have a google doc that we can easily edit and make good looking proposals easily for all future clients. We are submitting a quote to a client and we need the proposal to look clean and professional. This is a simple six page document. You will need to provide a google doc (preferably) or MicroSoft word document, that we can edit and use it to submit proposals/quotes to different clients moving forward. B. Order, “Title of Page” (which attached document serves as the example to guide you) 1. Cover Page (Rough Draft - page 1) 2. “About Us” Page (Rough Draft - page 2) 3. “Engagement” Page (Stanford Proposal - page 2) 4. “Why Choose Us” Page (Rough Draft - combines page 3-4) 5. “Project Quote” Page (Stanford Proposal - page 9) 6. “Our Work” Page (Rough Draft - page 5) C. Brief Description of Overall “Feel” or “Look” and what we are going for: 1. It needs to be clean, professional and intentional. 2. We would like pages 3,5,6 to have the more simplistic business look of the Stanford proposal. 3. We pages 1, 2,4 to look cleaner and less busy then in the rough draft. They will have basically the same information. This is where your design and layout abilities come into play. 4. Please give the overall document a coherent feel. Please visit www.healthbrain.co to see the colour palette we use and more simple style we have tended towards. We can send you colour code and some of our existing images to the winner of the context. 5. We really like the idea of having a footer at the bottom of each page like in the Stanford proposal. 6. Note: Each page has a title we would like prominently displayed on each page (except cover page) it is put in “quotations” in the Order given above. D. Guidance for each page. 1. Cover Page i. Essentially the same information. Just cleaner and less busy. We could use an image here or not. 2.“About Us” Page i. We will use roughly the same copy as provided. It just needs to be cleaner and more coherent. By Coherent I mean tied into the overall look and feel of the document. 3. “Engagement” Page i. This is a simple page. Very business. Coherence between pages is key. ii. We will have 50 - 75% as much text as in the sample. 4. “Why Choose Us” page i. We want to keep the text. The rest of the look is up to you. The images, the logos and the layout of the two pages is horrible. ii. Please find a way to present this page with just a little bit of design or “flair” while moving away from the busy look of the rough draft and moving, say, 80% towards the simple business look of the Stanford proposal. iii. You may want to submit two versions of this page, it might need a picture or it might look better without one - i am not sure. as it calls for the most artistic decisions having two versions might serve you better. 5. “Project” Quote i. Completely copy look of Stanford, while making it fit within larger document you are designing - still have somewhat a coherent feel (probably means only putting in the same footer as the other pages). ii. We want to present slightly less text at the top of the page, but a table of the exact same number of columns and type of information. 6. “Our Work” page i. Make it look clean and simple in terms of layout and design. ii. We like all of the text and much anything more to say about “our work”. iii. I am leaning on your design abilities here to make this page looks good and fit with the larger document.
Email me at email@example.com or call me at 1 613 850 2085 if you have any questions or would need any images/colour codes from our website. This is a fairly straightforward project. Thank you for your help.
