Full Page Ad for Florida Realtor Magazine.
This year we are an exhibitor at the Florida Realtor Convention. (I mention this as we may have additional design work to design trade show banners and collaterals in line with the theme of this ad.)
In line with our pre-event marketing we have a full page (color) ad in the Florida REALTOR Magazine. I will attach design requirements.
The purpose of this ad is get REALTOR Agents excited about Realty Partners and the call to action will be to visit a website / landing page for more information (this will be a lead capture page).
We want to create a certain feeling and emotion with the ad.
The Theme is either "A Company For Your Future" or "The Company For Your Future".
Real Estate Agents really have no future. They are commissioned sales people who get paid when they sell, and that's it. The do not own anything, their "business" is worthless, and there is zero residual income or retirement benefit.
Realty Partners, "The Agent Owned Company" changes this for the first time. Our agents and associates actually own the company and we create multiple ways in which we help our agents make more money, be more successful and truly own their lives: We save them a significant amount of money (they make more), we have residual income via our Revenue Sharing Program and Profit Sharing, plus Equity Ownership.
We want the emotional aspect communicated to our prospective agents (the readers of the magazine).
Some key points are:
- The Majority of the Brokerage & Support Companies are OWEND by the Agents & Associates!
- Opportunity for Weekly Residual Income with our Referral Program
- Industry Leading Software to help agent sell
- Low CAP with Better than 100% Option
- Corporate Lead Generation Program
- Training, Mentoring, Tech, Synergy & Support
- Vesting in 5 Years. Retire, Sell or Will to Heirs
We ant the ad to look sophisticated and well produced (not some cheap amateurish looking flyer). This is a $5,000 ad.
Incorporate images/photos. Appeal to both men and women BUT recognize that 70% of agents are female and average agent is 50 years old. But don't exclude the millennials.
We are looking for some creative proposals and as such not just "graphic design" but "creative intelligence".
