We are looking for a designer to create proposal template that PiiComm's sales team would use to respond to prospective customer requests for quotes and proposals. The document style should be fresh, contemporary and should communicate our brand with clarity, simplicity and sophistication (Apple has a nice, clean, impactful style). I have included copies of some previous styles and our logo. The proposal should have unique sections with slightly different styling cues that would include: "Corporate Overview", "Executive Summary", "Project Definition", "Solution Overview", "Implementation Strategy", "Project Team" and "Investment Summary". When proposing many different components to a solution, we would like the reader to identify with the content at a glance and thought that icons would be a great way to this. Not unlike looking at hotel listings online where they use icons to quickly identify what amenities are available when comparing properties. We would need icons to represent the following concepts: Mobile Technology, Software Development, Mobile Device Management, Accessories, Cellular Network Services, Innovation, Research, Off the Shelf Solution, Technology Integration, Mobile Payment Technologies, Maintenance, Helpdesk Support, Professional Services & Consulting, Financial. See the attached "ProposalSample_Icons.docx" to get an idea of what we've used in the past. The pages should also have placeholders for impactful images which might be product, people or stock images to help tell the story about why our solution is the one the client should choose over all others. We also often include Organizational Charts to define who will be working on the project that includes headshot photos of team members and executives. At a minimum, we would like file to be available in MS Word format but if possible, Apple's Pages and Google Docs are also desired.
