I work with AHIT (The Center for the Advancement of Health IT), a medium-sized Health IT consulting firm. We focus on helping medical practices adopt & leverage new technologies to improve efficiency, revenue, & patient outcomes.
We’re looking for a new sales proposal template because frankly… our current one looks like crap. We also recently rebranded & want to convey our approachable professionalism in every aspect of our interactions with our clients and prospects.
That’s where you come in.
We need a professional designer to work with on a fairly regular basis for web content, flyers, marketing collateral, & other templates like this one. Our hope is that you will blow our minds & we can set up an ongoing relationship. Consider this proposal template our first date!
It should have pages for:
Table of contents
- Here we talk about the project as a whole. Could be anywhere from .5 - 2 pages, depends on the depth of the project.
- Needs a table for itemized costs and subtotals & total
About us (Doesn’t have to be called this)
- This will be about a half page of copy
Management Team page
- This will be headshots and short bios for 7 people
Service line & manager info
- The service information would be great with a half page image at the top and the copy could be from .5 - 2 pages. The manager info would be about a paragraph or two with a headshot
- Testimonials with headshots
It has to be in docx. format and portrait orientation. Once we add all the relevant copy and client info, it would be converted to PDF for digital delivery or printed and FEDEX’d. So, it needs to look good for either.
I’ve attached our logo files for this project for you to use as you see fit. The colors are there as well.
As far as images in the proposal, we are looking for fresh photographic quality images, not clipart, word clouds, illustrations, etc. There doesn’t need to be huge photos on each page but we definitely want compelling visuals. We want the imagery to convey feelings of partnership, trust, & reliability. Also, there can be themes of a partnered journey, technology, & healthcare.
-Plenty of white space
-Readability is a HUGE consideration
-Must be editable
-Minimalism is pretty cool
Also, I’ve set up a Pinterest board with some stuff we like:
It’s not much, but hopefully that & this brief will be enough. If not, ask tons of questions!
Thanks for checking this out and I hope to see your design soon!
