Bathroom Ad Design! We need a #1 and a #2 design:)

We are a plastic manufacturer looking for associates. We need to create a fun ad that will make people want to apply for factory hourly jobs. It will be a printed piece that will be hung in bar bathroom stalls. This is a fun ad to appeal to a 18-30 year old person who is currently unemployed or underemployed. It is for shift work in a factory setting. We are not normally the type of company to use toilet humor but we need to hire 100+ factory associates and are looking for a new tactic. We are based in Wisconsin and there is a prevalent drinking culture and people are still going to bars with the pandemic :/

We will be creating QR codes and inserting them into the design. I have attached our corporate logo and colors. The ad will be 8.5 x 11. I would like the packaged InDesign file.
