Banner ads, poster and magazine ads

We would like someone to put together a range of campaign adverts, including 7 x banner ads (static and/or animated), 1 x poster (static and/or animated), 2 x magazine adverts. The creative can focus on a single creative concept for all adverts (see example).

Material requirements for all adverts are provided below:

Banner ads sizes (static and/or animated): Creatives with partially black or white backgrounds, you must add a visible border of a contrasting colour to the majority background colour of the ad. Supported Ad Formats - GIF, JPEG image files. Maximum file size 40Kb. Please create adverts for the following sizes - 728h x 90w, 300h x 250w, 160h x 600w, 300h x 600w, 320h x 50w, 815h x 150w, 200h x 280w.

Poster size (static and/or animated): Portrait LCD Note Spec sheet is applicable for Portrait LCD screen. Artwork Size Visual & Finished size: 1920h x 1080w (portrait). Static Display Artwork should be supplied as a flat (non layered) file in a JPEG Format. JPEG file should be created to 72 dpi and needs to be in RGB format. JPEG’s should be supplied at 100 quality or level 12 in Photoshop. Animated Display Display Length: 15 seconds. Frame Rate: 25fps. Accepted formats: Quicktime MOV using H264 high quality compression at a minimum of 2500Kbps or Windows Media 9 encoded at high quality VBR 2500Kbps.

Magazine advert 1: 186h x 260w (mm). No bleed.

Magazine advert 2: Trim: 275h x 210w mm, Bleed: 285h x 220w mm, Type: 255h x 190w mm.

Note: all adverts need to include the following information "CRICOS Provider: 00120C, ABN: 52 234 063 906."

The adverts are for a campaign relating to our new suite of graduate business programs. The campaign microsite can be found at http://www.future-ready.com.au. I have attached a sample advert, but I would be happy for the designer to come up with something different.
