Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Emmerich Group consults with community banks (200mil to 2.0 bil in asset size) across the United States. We provide a total systems approach that works on integrating marketing, sales, culture, strategic planning, and nearly every other touch point in the bank (except for their "core" software that runs their banking system).
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Looking to update the layout of our "Tool Kit". We presently send out a "tool kit" to our clients. The tool kit has 10 sections, each outlining a separate part of our consulting process. I have recently update all 10 section with new processes and taken out all graphics from the tool kit of the past. Our clients then use the tool kit as reference guide to help them through our consulting process. For example, if they are working on our marketing section and they need to quickly see what some of the main concepts of our marketing process are, they can flip to that section.
The layout should be designed with the follow aim. All pages need to look the same on each--same indents, headings, copyright is the same. Chapter heading pages need to be the same. Bullet points need to be same (size and shape). Page numbering needs to be on bottom right footer . Dimension need to be 8"*11". File type should be Microsoft Word (.docx). Consistent of the formatting is key.
The formatting does not need to mirror the sample I'm providing, but it should be business professional.
FYI: The next phase of the Tool Kit project is to add illustration and graphic design. We'd love to stay with 1 designer as we move through the project.
