Family business retreat companion booklet to celebrate history and look forward to new projects

Family run agriculture and communications business. We are creating this booklet as a companion piece to a family business retreat event.

We are looking for help designing a 10-20 page booklet that looks back on the past year's events and accomplishments and to lay the groundwork for the next year's work. We'll likely highlight some history as well as include some interviews with influential members of the family. We are planning to get it printed by VistaPrint: https://www.vistaprint.com/marketing-materials/booklets. We will have pictures of individuals in the interviews as well as some pictures of previous retreats and important business developments. We are going for a very clean, classic, and timeless aesthetic (Gray's Sporting Journal comes to mind). We would like a "reusable" format for the interview sections as well as generic article and picture gallery style pages. We will also need a front and back cover layout. With those reusable components we can reach the final page count.

We have not finalized all of the content so having this be easily editable and dynamic is important. Feel free to mock up any content with lorem ipsum text so that I can adapt it as I write more content. I've included some potential content and examples of photos we have.
