What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I am looking for a clean and aesthetically appealing layout and theme for my eBook type fitness guide. What I'm looking for is a layout for the cover, a table of contents for the programs, the exercise content, the exercise movement descriptions, meal plan sheet, etc. I can insert the information and photos where they need to go if you can make it editable and easy for me to update on my own. The only places there really need to be images is the cover photos, the table of contents, and also under each movement in the exercise glossary. There will be a mens and womens version which should be noticeable so split the two images provided in half.
Mostly kept simple and organized but colorful enough to look appealing. Again, I am only looking for a layout and common theme for these pages (cover, table of contents, exercise program, exercise glossary, meal plan sheet, etc). As long as it is editable I can insert the information and photos myself as it is still a work in progress. All addons will be separate but following the same theme as the main page program layout. Files would include 3DayGeneral + exercise glossary, 6DayGeneral + exercise glossary, Meal Plan, CMOABS + Ab Glossary, Squat Addon, Bench Addon, Arm addon, etc. I have attached a similar guide called 12 week shred that I am basing mine off of and some of my notes so you can see the content. As for the exercise content itself in the program, only one week segment should show at a time. There will be 3 phases. Week 1-4, week 5-8, and week 9-12. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED "EXERCISE CONTENT NOTES" AND COMPARE TO "PHASE 1 WEEK 1-2" to understand what I am saying. Thank you.
