Desing a written desing to match a muscial jingle

I am a personal Injury Lawyer.

I have a unique number. 401-600-0000. I want to create a design that jives with my jingle that I can upload. It goes like this Mike Lombardi is the way to go call 600-0000 "oh" "oh" "oh" "oh" "oh" 'oh". So I want a design that will encompass the number but also encompass the "oh" "oh"s so the written design jives with the musical jingle. I may want to include my picture in the design. The goal is to brand the number with the jingle and myself . "Mike Lombardi is the way to go" with have the R registration symbol at the end. Included in the design will be my motto " All Clients Matter"

I need to send you my jingle but it will not allow me to upload so I need to email it. I want the design to melt the jingle and the 600-0000 together on paper .
