We provide comprehensive pediatric dental services to children ages 0-18 years of age in a suburb of Indianapolis which has a wide demographic of patients. We prefer bright, cheery, and fun designs that appeal to kids and parents. Our name as Park Pediatric Dentistry is related to parks of all kinds - parks with playgrounds, national parks, and local parks. Here are the descriptions we are working with at the moment: good mix of modern, contemporary and small percentage of classic; West coast ‘cool’ with an Indiana/Midwest influence; bright, cheery, and clean; appeals to kids and parent friendly; encompassing elements of parks (Playgrounds, National Parks, mountains, trees, water, nature, animals); functional and efficient; Cater to wide demographic of patients but more weighted focus on insurance and cash pay families. My industry is pediatric dentistry only - therefore our patients are all children and children with special needs but keep in mind parents are obviously picking the office hence why it needs to because bright, cheery and fun for kids but also appeal to parents.

Dental Report Card/Scorecard to give to parents & kids after cleaning visit. I found a great example of one designed on 99designs for another office. Needs to have information about what was completed at visit, brushing grade and brushing map, hygiene recommendations, if there are cavities, doctor recommendations and whether or not they need ortho consultation.

We don't currently have one to give out BUT there are good examples of others designed online that I have attached. My favorite is png file with double sided blue and orange card and wood background in image. I prefer for it to be front and back and approximately 8.5 x 5.5 inches. I have attached our logos and office pictures.
