Design Description
45 Character Stickers for a management mobile App for tablet (iPAD)
We have designed a management thinking error apps which contains for a first launch of 50 fallacies, effects and bias.

For each of those errors we have description, samples, references, tips , tools to “overcome” them as well as business situations where we may risk to get trapped.

Self-Reference Effect
Summary: Research suggests that we have better memory for things we associate meaning.

Nirvana Fallacy
Summary: The Nirvana Fallacy is when people dismiss something in the real world because they compare it to an unrealistic, perfect alternative, by which it pales in comparison. If people would always apply such an argumentation, nothing ever would be done.

What we need is for each of those errors one simple Character visual, it can be figurative like Character Monsters (see sample http://goo.gl/aHm6D ) or it could be situative sketches like from a famous Swiss insurance company to demonstrate the accident cause (see samples at http://goo.gl/bYuPf ) . Both those sites are in German but we believe seeing the visual will explain. We need something special, something simple and something which appeals to managers as well as students. The visuals can be black & white or can be in color.

One eventual suggestion, being a App for the world BUT still with a Swissness aspect (the start picture is a photography of world famous Swiss mountain Matterhorn see sample at http://goo.gl/Dblea ). A Character-set based on a “mountain” would certainly be a cool idea. BUT at the end we will be open for just about any crazy, creative and different idea.

From the list of 50 errors you can pick 45 to create. Since the project is ongoing there will for sure be follow up to be done at a later stage
The format must be JPG or PNG. It must be at Print quality and sized to fit a standard tablet: 768 x 1024 or 1024 x 76

We would suggest to first submit just some 3-5 samples and based on those we sure can already give feedback about the likeness factor from our side on what fits and what rather not. We do NOT want to limit the creativity with giving too much of our ideas and would love to be surprised.
