jesse.aguilar got their new app design by running a design contest:
We want a refreshing design for our smart apartment app!

Real Estate & Mortgage
It's a smart apartment app. It can control the apartment's lights, thermostat, and front door locks.
Our current app looks dated. We want it to look more modern and softer. We'd like for there to be illustrations and moderate amount of color. Right now our app looks somewhat bland.
1. A lock page that can lock and unlock the door to the apartment. 2. A thermostat pages that has all the functions of a normal thermostat. Example, it can adjust the temperature up or down, adjust whether the fan is on auto or just on. 3. A devices page that has multiple lights on it that you can turn on or off. Some of the lights will have the ability to be dimmed. 4. A stories page which is a set of default settings. An example is a work day story, that would turn on the lights at 7:00 AM and change the thermostat accordingly based on when they're home or at work.
