SimpleTix BoxOffice is the one-stop shop for event management on your iOS device. Event planners can: monitor real-time ticket sales, check-in attendees, scan eTickets, track attendance live, and quickly accept, secure payment for tickets on-site.
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the app?
Most of our end-users will be Square users too. So we want to make some of the colors, design, and flows similar. EventBrite is the industry model, so their app's design is the bench mark we need to follow.
There are 5 main screens. Once we award the winner we will work with you on additional screens.
There are 3 works flows that will happen with these screens.
a) Create a new profile and create a new event
b) Login to existing profile, and sell tickets to your event
c) Login to existing profile, and lookup attendee for an event
1. Login/Create Profile
2. Event List Screen (with event selection, display of ticket types & prices, and add tix to cart)
3. Order Checkout Screen (support for manual credit card input, free orders WITH no credit card input, cash orders, promotional discount code input, ability to select profile from existing customer list)
4. Create new event screen
5. Attendee List (features: swipe to check-in, swipe to checkout, search by name, export, total overview of how many checked in vs outstanding )
What to avoid
