**We will work with the winner to design the rest of the screens if selected. ** We need to design a cutting-edge app for tenants in apartment buildings where they can accomplish any and all needs they may need inside their building. They will be able to use this app to communicate with other tenants in the community, interact with property management and pay for things on the premises (Laundry, Vending Machines, etc.) simply by holding their phone up to the devices.

What to avoid

Please think about the UI/UX in terms of how one might represent the different sections of the app from the homescreen in an easy to understand way. Also, please feel free to use the icons or logos for some of the partner apps that we may be embedding. Perhaps the icon could be highlighted or off based on whether the user turned it on. Just an idea - no need to be locked into that.
