lees3301 got their new app design by running a design contest:
Please design our app [Word Monster] and save our students!
Check out lees3301's App design contest…
The app allows students(from elementary to high school in Korea) to memorize English words more easily. Our app is installed on tablet PC and is always placed in student’s room. It runs regularly to ask question to students in the form of voice(e.g “What is the meaning of ‘stand’(in Korean)?”), then the students should answer to the question in the form of voice as well. In general, our application displays some information related to his/her learning on the screen, and encourages students to be more motivated to study well.
We want our app to be looked friendly & stylish, but not too cute.
At first, user signs in - if the user uses our app for the first time, he/she gets level test. After the level test, the screen moves to [Word Test Intro] screen. At this time, the user sets some settings on his/her word test(e.g. total period of learning, total number of words to study, 'no disturbance' time). Finally the screen moves to [Main] screen, then this is actual screen the user faces every time. In general, it displays some information related to his/her learning on the [Main] screen.
