App description
My Pet Credentials is dedicated to raising the standard for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Vaccinations for all pets by improving the collaboration and communication between pet owners, veterinarians, pet salons and other professionals in the pet industry.

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the app?
We need the latest technology, new trend and creative for our IOS mobile design. Our scheme of color will be black, grey, yellow and orange. Please see the attached pet owner dashboard design for reference .

Please see the attached for the pet owner dashboard design as a reference if needed plus my initial wireframe for Pet Owner Landing page. We need total four screens: one pet owner landing screen, one My Pet -> View / Edit Profile screen , one Record -> Vaccination Details screen and one Schedule Appointment screen.
