Medical documentation app needs a screen design

Medical & Pharmaceutical
This app is a documenting tool for nurses and doctors who perform regular visits to all patients in a hospital that suffer from pain conditions such as pain after a surgery.
Please see the attached screenshots of the three screens. The information content and structure is fixed, i.e., the information should be presented in the same order as shown in the screenshots - but everything else (colors, spacings, icons, font styles, etc) is subject to change. As the app is to be used in a hospital environment by health professionals (physicians and nurses), we aim for a clear, "medical" design that gives the user the experience of a professional medical app. The app will be used on a 10.8" screen with 2.560 × 1.600 Pixel (WQXGA).
At the beginning of each ward round, the nurse/doctor uses the app to see a list of all patients who are to be visited, together with some important information about them (e.g. ward, diagnosis, surgery, orders) (screen 1; please see the attached screenshots of the three screens). In the detailed patient view (screen 2), the nurse/doctor sees information about each of the prioir visits of that patient. These information include a variety of pain related clinical parameters, such as the perceived pain intensity, pain localization, information about painkiller intake and more. From that screen, the nurse/doctor can start a new visit (screen 3), which displays a form in which the user inputs all data about the current status of the patient. In this form, the user can also choose to input the values from the last visit by pressing the button on the right column of the input form (see screenshot). The app will be in German, but we have translated most of the texts to English for the screenshots to provide a better comprehensibility of the app's purpose. Please note that the icons that we used in the action bar at the top are only placeholders/prototypes and should preferably be replaced by more intuitive icons (see the attached image for a description of all icons).
