Environmental Organization looking for a SoCal Style Surf Design App

This app is going to need to be the main terminal for requesting service, tracking funds, and having personal account information for each individual customer. Eventually we would like it to work directly into a geo app that will plot our course to get to their house.

We have a logo designed that we will want implemented into our app, but we live in a small surf community, the business will be bigger than that, but we want it to have it resemble a surfy, California theme. Think Waves, Palm Trees, sea air, I don't actually want those in there, but we want those themes and feelings to be a part of this

Homescreen: The logo, name and slogan of the company. Here we want to have the description of what the purpose of the app is, and some basic icons that will describe how to use the app 2nd Screen: This is where you would sign up for an account. We would need to include Firstname, Lastname, Phone number, Address of delivery. 3rd screen: This is their personalized account screen once they are signed up, it would have their information that they used to sign up and then it would give them the option to request a bin for Glass, Plastic or Aluminum. Each one of those types would have a "request" button next to it. Once requested, then it would change to a "pickup" button 4th Page: This would be a page that we would need control over as well, but it would be a page where they could cash out their earned money for gift cards, cash or donations. 5th Screen: This is a screen that we want to illustrate the good that has been done by State of Sea and all the customers, i.e. so far XXX number of lbs have been donated and saved XXX dolphins. etc. That is just an example.
