Overall Mobile Site Layout:
Unlike many Mobile Apps, My Therapist uses a persistent Top Header Bar which contains the following elements:
1. Navigation Icon
2. If on a Level Two Nav Page, a < "back" icon will display
3. Persistent My Therapist header text
4. Settings Icon
5. SignIn or Account Icon
Individual Page Headers will always display under this persistent Top Header bar.
We understand that having a persistent Top Nav is not consistent with iOS7 HIG standards
Feel free to submit designs which do not display a persistent top nav!
Screen #1: "How Do You Feel" Page
Users can select a single Main Feeling (emotion/mood), or they can select multiple feelings. Even though the wireframes display a checkbox, there is no need to use a checkbox, once a user taps on a feeling.
Consider 3 States:
1. Main Feeling Not Selected - Slider Hidden
2. Main Feeling Selected - Display selected Feeling graphically. Once selected, you can also display the 1-5 Slider below the Feeling, once the Main Feeling has been selected
3. Secondary Feelings - Can be enabled with possibly a down arrow, to display the Secondary Feelings of a Main Feeling.
Each line contains a graphical icon representation of each feeling, and a 1-5 Slider, where users can set the level of that feeling.
A Slider level of 1, is the lowest value for the selected feeling and 5 the greatest value.
The 1 and 5 numbers should persistently display, and the slider value should also dynamically display, as the user slides the slider.
Screen #2: "How Do You Feel?" Screen #2
Depending on what the user selects for their feeling type and the slider level from Screen #1, users can be taken to a second "How Do You Feel" Screen, with more descriptive feelings (Secondary Feelings), available for the user to narrow down and select.
NOTE: This could be merged with Screen #1. Use your creative skills!
Screen #3: "My Therapy" Page
Contains links to the following options:
- My Audio Therapy
- My Referrals
- Back to "How Do You Feel" Page
Screen #4:: "My Audio Therapy" Page
Contains and Audio Player with audio controls. Also contains a window which displays synchronized images, synced to the audio.
Screen #5: "My Referrals" Page
Displays Therapy Professionals contact info in the users' area. Also should contain a Footer bar to "Click to Call"
Screen #6: "My History" Page
Displays either a List view of user history, or a Monthly Bar Graph view, displaying the user feelings, per day, per month.
