Users load the app, check tide conditions and then hit an "Add report" button to submit a report of tide or storm damage. They are then asked to fill in a form (usually involving taking a photo) reporting what they see, and the app submits the data to our server.
The primary screens we'd like are:
* Loading screen
* Home screen - from here users view recent reports and tide conditions
* Slide-in menu (image of current one supplied)
* The "nearby tide stations" screen
* The "filling in a form" screen - this is where they actually take pictures, then enter data about what they're seeing. We'd like to see redesigned examples of all the controls on that page
What we'd like to get out of this is a kind of "theme" for our app - icons, fonts, colors, large and small buttons, form controls (e.g. radio buttons, checkboxes, multi-selects, etc), loading screen, UI element borders, etc.
This has to work on both iPhone and Android, so please don't steer too much towards one platform's style.
We'd likely be interested in working with the winner to continue development of new features or pages, on an hourly basis.
