The design must be:

The user controls the mouth (open or close) to let the food pass and to prevent the “things not to eat” from passing. User aim is to gather a maximum of foods during the exercise.
The mouth is at the bottom of the screen. The position of the mouth is fixed. We would like a mouth (without body) in profile and not face. The mouth should be neutral and not too sexy or feminine.
The food and the “things not to eat” move from the top to the bottom.
To make the game less boring, there are 4 different backgrounds. Each background should reflect a different atmosphere. The idea is to create 4 different scenarios and typical foods from each background.
The user can control the closing/opening of the mouth by contracting or releasing the pelvic floor: when she contacts, the mouth closes, and when she releases, the mouth opens. To encourage the user to respect a therapeutic aim, the foods and the “things not to eat” have particular position (right, left or center) to incite her to contract/release.
